Tuesday 28 February is the day of the design students. The students of Lahti University of Applied Sciences and its partner educational institutions get to solve a 24-hour-challenge: For 24 hours, the student groups will work together to solve future challenges of Finnish businesses and organisations in relation to circular economy. The challenge is provided by the Finnish innovation fund Sitra.

The 24h Challenge can be watched live at the Institute of Design at the address Kannaksenkatu 22, or as an online stream.

During the day, the students will get out and about in the city to test their concepts with user-oriented design and service design methods.
